Our Customer Care Service DSTCare 151 facilitates customer inquiries, complaints and basic service needs 24-hours a day, through trained hotline operators.

Customers can either contact DSTCare 151 by dialling the hotline number 151 on their mobiles, or by faxing their inquiries or complaints to +673 2 249998. Subscribers roaming overseas can contact DSTCare 151 by dialling +673 8987151.

The Call Centre also provides information and general queries about all product and services offered by DST Group as well as entertain requests for activation or deactivation of services.
